What is QHHT?

Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique (QHHT) is a wild journey into your higher states consciousness where you have access to all of your own answers and healing. QHHT was developed and refined by Dolores Cannon over her 45-year career as a regressive hypnotherapist, working with thousands of clients all over the world.

QHHT works like a guided meditation. It's a super easy and gentle process that gets you down into the deepest parts of your own mind, a natural state that we all go to at least twice a day - when we fall asleep and as we wake up.

It's here where we have access to everything about our complete selves, whether it be soul memories, dreams, or anything beyond. It's your very own window into the infinite.

My job as your guide is merely to keep you balanced in that state and ask questions so you can find the answers for your own healing & understanding. It's quite a beautiful process.

What is a session like?

Before the session, you will make a list of questions that you want answered by your Higher Consciousness (some call this the Higher Self, Unconscious, Subconscious, Superconscious, or Universal Mind). You are free to ask anything. If it's something you truly want to know, write it down.When we meet we'll spend some time getting to know each other, talking about your life and journey up until that point. After that we'll go over your list of questions and then begin your relaxing journey into hypnosis. At the end I will give you a recording of your session to take home with you.

A typical session is around 4-5 hours long. The goal is to have all of your issues answered or resolved in a single session.

About Me

My journey started with music. In 2004 I earned a Bachelor of Creative Music Technology from Lagrange College in Lagrange, GA. From there I jumped into all things musical, becoming a touring musician, songwriter, and producer, traveling all over the country.

Through my exploration of music I discovered meditation & self-hypnosis. Through these I experienced my own spiritual awakening. The door to higher states of consciousness opened, and there was no looking back.

Since then I've dedicated my life to exploring consciousness, and I've discovered that we ALL have access to the same incredible healing potential within our own minds.
